Yes you can. We operate by appointment only, so if you’d like to view our inventory in person please contact us to arrange a private viewing.

We have plenty more than what you see!! Our online selection is just a small portion of our full inventory. If you’re looking for something specific please reach out - we may have exactly what you need in our Brisbane office or can source it for you.

Yes, we offer a full custom sourcing service. If you have a particular gemstone, pearl, or specification in mind let us know and we’ll do our best to source it for you.

Orders can be placed via our website or by contacting our team.  If you need assistance selecting the right gemstone or pearl, let us know. We’re always happy to help!

We accept direct bank transfers. If you are purchasing through our website you can pay via credit card and PayPal.

We may be able to put items on hold for a short period, depending on demand. Please contact us to discuss.

Consignments or approval opportunities may be considered on a case-by-case basis for long-term clients. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss seeing an item in person to show a customer.

Australian customers are subject to GST. International buyers may be subject to their country’s import taxes and duties.

Yes, we have a minimum order value of $100

All orders are shipped securely via trusted carriers. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request, with costs varying based on the item’s value

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.  We process all orders within two business days and provide you with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

 We offer international shipping to the USA via UPS at a flat rate of AUD$150 (subject to change).

Tariffs and duties are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are determined by US customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

UPS provides an estimate of tariffs and duties at the time of shipping. Final charges are set by US Customs and may vary from the estimate.

If your item is unsuitable we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 
To start the return process please contact us at hello@saltwholesaling.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure items are securely packaged using padded packaging and that a trackable shipping service is used and the tracking details are forwarded to Salt Wholesaling at the time of sending.


As a wholesaler, we purchase pearls and gemstones directly from the pearl farms and cutting factories in bulk parcels. While some gems come with certificates, not every piece is individually certified due to the volume we hold. We have been supplying gemstones and pearls for over 25 years and source only from our trusted, long-term suppliers. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of our stock, and if you choose to have a piece certified by an independent valuer or laboratory and it is found to be other than as described, we’ll happily provide a full refund upon return of the item.

Many gemstones undergo industry-standard treatments to enhance their colour and clarity. Some of our gemstones (such as sapphires) have been heat treated, while any untreated stones are clearly identified in the product description.

We can assist with custom pearl strands and layouts based on your specifications. A drilling and stringing service is also available for any pearls purchased through us.

If the gemstone shape or cut you’re looking for isn’t available in our current collection, we may be able to source or custom-cut a stone to your requirements. Lead times and pricing will depend on the type of gemstone and availability.

We do not offer photography services, however we can provide images and videos of our gemstones on request to assist with your selection.
