Refund policy
Salt Wholesaling has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase must be supplied. To start the return process, contact us at hello@saltwholesaling.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure items are securely packaged using padded packaging and that a trackable shipping service is used and the tracking details are forwarded to Salt Wholesaling at the time of sending.
Damages and issues
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note the refunded amount is subject to exchange rate fluctuations as refunds will be processed in the original invoiced currency.
If the item is not returned in its original condition or has been exchanged for a different item we will contact you for further explanation.
